Fully warm your breast with a hot towel
before starting massaging.
(Whole breast)
Gently push and rub (massage) the whole breast except
the nipple, moving the four finger tips lightly in shape
as shown in the above figure. Do not massage a hard part.
The thumb is not used.
Repeat 5-6 times a breast. Do the same to both breasts.
(Nipple)
Massaging this part is the most important to open eyes
of milk. Hold the areola with the thumb and the forefinger
in a ratio of 1:2. Do the same to the both breasts.
(Towards the nipple)
Massage the breast starting at the bottom to the top except
the nipple. Touch the breast with finger tips and move
them rolling toward the nipple. Repeat this motion on
the 5-6 parts of a breast. Equally distribute the position.
Repeat a cycle three or four times a breast. Do the same
to both breasts.
(Areola)
Hold the areola with your finger tips and direct the nipple
down. Move the forefinger gently and slowly up and down,
left and right. Do not move the thumb. Repeat a cycle
5 to 6 times a breast. Do the same to both breasts.
